Collecting information and how we use it

When you conduct a transaction on this website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. These details allow us to process your order, identify repeat purchases and customer locations to help understand our customers and improve our marketing and offerings.
When you sign up to the newsletter we collect your name, email address and how you interact with the emails - such as clicks and opens. This helps us understand our customers, to keep our emails engaging and help market our products and offerings. This may include personalising messaging.

We also use your information to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal information, which we or our website service or software providers may use to analyse and improve respective services.

Protecting your information
We value the importance of your data and all information we collect is stored securely. This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you, and manage our newsletter. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by us and our service providers. Your non-personal data is also used by google analytics, which is only accessible to Sophie Erin, and is password protected and stored securely. Communications
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed.

If you have signed up to our newsletter, in addition to the above we will send you email updates about projects and products. We may also contact you to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires. We store and use your data in compliance with GDPR laws and all emails include an option to unsubscribe. Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Please note that we are required by HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs) to keep incoming payment records for self-assessment tax purposes for a minimum of 5 years.

Data breaches
We take the protection of your data very seriously, however, in the unlikely event of a data breach where your information has been accessed we will notify you by email as soon as possible (within 7 days of knowledge of a data breach).
